The birth of a thought

It is the 21st century and mid 2018. My thoughts are all over the place. I have recently mastered the art of procrastination. If you got paid for procrastinating, I would have been the richest teenager alive.

As I was just scrolling through my phone, a rather disturbing thought which keeps coming to my mind at intervals decided to come again and I was left thinking. Within a few years I finally have to decide what I want to do with my life and I am always clueless when it comes to choosing a career. I have always heard people talk about chasing your passions and dreams, but for a confused individual like myself, who is still trying to figure out what she likes, all this is a nightmare. At times I think that I want be an entrepreneur, at times I want to become a blogger and the list goes on endlessly.

I have many ideas but I don’t know what to do with those ideas. I am pretty sure that there are thousands of young adults like me who have a brain full of ideas and passions but have no idea what they want to do with those ideas.

Each idea that comes to your mind is just the beginning of something huge. No idea is better or worse than the other. It’s all about how you go on with it. If you do get an idea when you are brushing your teeth, then do not just forget about it later. Think about it. Maybe it is just the beginning of a very successful career. You may just discover your talents in the process. If you don’t know what to do with it then share it with your friends and family. They may just change your idea into something more interesting and make everything seem just perfect. Mark Zuckerberg got an idea and we all know the outcome. Elon Musk- The King of Ideas. If he kept his ideas with himself, there would have been no SpaceX or Tesla. Never think that your idea is ‘not good enough’. Every movie, every book, every organization, every action – it all begins from a very simple thought.
